Gorilla racks are easier by a landslide. The only problem I've noticed is the Gorilla Racks bend a little in the middle if they're the 96" spans and they've got 55gs on them. May go back and buy some 4 foot spans to run the 55s, and let smaller tanks go on the current gorilla rack.
The rivet racks (holding all the little tanks) are a pain to assemble, but are great for modularity.
2x4s are still the cheapest, though.
Only one tank is new; most are gotten through friends or good Craigslist deals.
Finding out we still don't have enough growout tanks... I just stripped a bunch of holding fish.
