I see they have brand new ones.. Any idea where to pick up a used one? From what I understand the used ones don't look as pretty but do the same job..

One more thing, anyone know where I can pick up a used decent sized CO2 bottle?

Sigler Fire Equipment has 5lb for $75.00 and 10lb for $90.00 filled. Just picked one up and it looks nearly brand new.

i got a brand new aluminum tank from my local beverage distributor. not sure if any in SF will sell them but i'd call like Beul Distrubuting (i tihnk that is the place), any co2 driven vendor. or oder one from Forester Distributing in Brookings. Call Jim and he can get them. you could make a trip to see my tank on the way :D

i have access to big bulk liquid co2 tanks that my dads company builds. the only problem would be getting them in to a basement for one thing then you would have to find a way to set it up so that you could have a refilling company come by and refill it when it got low.. but in this application im sure it would last for a really long time haha

You have plenty of Evap...for Kalk...and then if you need more Ca....dose with Ca Cholride.....I have that in bulk also.

As for Ca reactors....best is Reef Mania....check them out.

Still think kalk is the way to go...

Do you have some of this calcium chloride? I would pick some up at the rummage. Isn't calcium chloride flakes a product used in snow/ice removal?

I have a bucket of Mag flake if anyone wants it. Travis and I split a bag years ago and I never used it. Randy Farly Holms has a DIY recipe for Mag additive you can use this stuff for. Anyone?
